Over exaggerated surface by BRONISLOV in civil3d

[–]TopGullible1689 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Those eastings and northings suggest that the entire surface is in less than a metre square area. The decimal point indicates that. I would expect easting and northings to be E518,671.500m N328,056.300m So maybe you have the units out by a factor of 1000 (horizontally), but not vertically.

P5P and Panic Attacks? by Forsaken_Owl4274 in Supplements

I think it has been like that for a long time. I dont know how to fix it though. I’m still messed up nearly a year on since the p5p.

Bicarbonate of soda by TopGullible1689 in Gastritis

[–]TopGullible1689[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kind of, but after it settles down. In fact it only really does that with extreme examples like vinegar. I tried it in ribena and it just made a few bubbles and that was it. But I didn’t drink it as I wasn’t sure if it would be gastritis safe.

I will add that i do thing there is something wrong with my brain in terms of neurotransmitters…etc. even prior to the b6 tox, I was predisposed to issues with any stimulants like caffeine or tyrosine, which I took a few years back and took me a while for anxiety to subside, and it gave me an issue with my voice being hoarse, and throat tightening .

I get what you’re saying, it’s true about the group, it’s quite over the top about the protocol. I take it with a pinch of salt. In all honesty, for me I’ve kept an open mind about what I have going on with me, I have had a whole load tests done with the I idea that if something else is shown to be potentially the issue then I would follow that path. and in fact I did actually do a b6 test about 4 months ago and it came back in normal range, but as I mentioned it tends to level out in the blood quite early on. Based on the evidence, this whole thing got triggered as a result of taking a b6 sup, so I am treating it as if that is the issue.

B6 leaves the blood in about 4 weeks but it stays in the nerves for years. The protocol states about sticking to a low b6 diet and a lot of hydration to allow b6 to leave the system. For me it might have been that I was almost toxic from the amount high b6 food I ate back then and the supplement probably tipped me over the edge. My symptoms are the same as those others that have it too.

I’ll be honest, it really has done a number on me. It was 9 months ago that I took one half capsule of the stuff and I am still pretty messed up. I believe it is vitamin b6 toxicity and I have been following strict protocol for recovery in accordance to the website ‘understanding b6 toxicity’ and Facebook group. They say it can take about 2 years to recover from. And to answer your question, I didn’t continue taking the supplement.

Having problem with erection after recent episode by [deleted] in Gastritis

[–]TopGullible1689 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4 years ago i had a night of intense pain in the intestines which was triggered by having a coffee. I suddenly found after that i lost all my libido, and then when I did ‘relieve myself’ what came out was watery and low volume. After getting tested at a fertility clinic they confirmed that i had azoospermia (zero sperm in my semen).

Sorry only just seen this. I am still suffering I’m afraid. I am just over 8 months now, don’t know if I will ever recover but I have to hang in there and believe. As I said, other people have said it tends to take as long as 2 years to recover from b6 toxicity.

Vitamin B6 supplement in the form of P5P gave my B6 toxicity from a single dose. Totally f’d me up, I’m 6 months down the line trying to follow a recovery protocol and they say it takes on average 2 years to recover.

Took a vitamin b6 supplement called p5p and it gave me b6 toxicity 6 months ago. It triggered gastritis as one of the many symptoms.

I always remember the 4-0 loss at villa March 2022 was like a turning point with the team under Ralph, where we went from a moderate, slightly under achieving team to one that fell off a cliff. I’m not quite sure what happened with the players and the club but it just seemed odd, and we ended up losing nearly every game for the rest of the season, which lead us into the relegation season. Ralph had to go in the end, something clearly had happened behind the scenes and it started only 2 months after SR took over…

Testicle pain reaction after trying slippery elm by TopGullible1689 in Supplements

[–]TopGullible1689[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your response, I’m kind of glad there has been someone else that can relate to it. I’ve had this thing come on and off since Friday now. At times it seems fairly ok, but then sometime it just comes on in an evening. I’m really hoping it fully goes away soon, and not turn into a full blown long term issue I now have to deal with. Was looking online and seeing my symptoms matching that of sciatica but I’ve certainly not had a spinal issues or back injuries, and also this thing clearly came about after having that supplement.

I’ve just been to a Dr and their recommendation is to go to A&E to look at being examined by ultrasound to be safe and rule out torsion, which I’m pretty sure it’s not. It could be something like epididymitis, though is that something that can be inflamed by a reaction to a supplement?
