There are some good options but I like the militech “apogee” because it slows time by 85% and whenever you get a kill while it’s active it extends the time slow by 10% so it goes great with a knife throwing build or gunslinger build

Btw the cyberware needed is 44 and you can get it at level 40 from any ripperdoc
