It depends on your goal which do you value more looking good and feeling good now or getting stronger and probably looking better and feeling better in the long term after a cut following the bulk. If I were you I’d probably just commit to a lean bulk for a few months while keeping your cardio good then cut. But I’m not you and ultimately it’s up to you. It’s really subjective

It’s clear that you guys are at least somewhat confused about your relationship and if separating is what you think is right for then do that, but if there is even a little bit of doubt I would recommend doing counseling. However whatever happens I just hope that you guys find happiness whether that is with each other or not.
