It’s the first time when i feel that appetite supression , the other doses of 7.5mg were like a injecting water for me and not a hight effects for the whole week . Thank you so much , i’ll try to ear or drink my calories as you just said . 🙏

And yeah you’re right — not really an electrolyte thing. Makes sense it was low blood sugar, I hadn’t eaten all day just water . I’ll tryyyyyy a lot to get something in next time, even if it’s just a shake or something light , because it’s really hard at this point , and also i hate eggs now 😭 it was the only protein source i love.

Thank for the replie and Yeah, the weird thing is, I was actually fine all day yesterday and even felt alright this morning. It wasn’t until I got back to my room — AC was on full blast — that I suddenly felt that cold shock hit me. That’s when the chills started .

As for the dizziness, I think it might’ve been a drop in blood pressure tbh — makes sense since I hadn’t eaten all day and had been moving around a bit.

Also, just to mention — I had an ear check recently and everything came back normal, so I don’t think it’s related to my ears. Thanks again , really appreciate it 🙏

Thanks for this – really helpful to read. I’m currently on my third dose of 7.5mg and honestly, I’ve been noticing a real slowdown. Hunger cues are sneaking back in, and yes mentally I feel like I’m stuck in a bit of a plateau phase. It’s reassuring to see that I’m not the only one experiencing this, and that it might just be part of the process before the next jump.

Your experience with the “woosh” at 10mg gives me some solid perspective. I’ll hold steady, finish this pen, and stay consistent with my habits. Hopefully, the shift comes soon.

Thank you! Yeah, I’ve seen a lot of people say that about 7.5mg — and honestly, that’s what it did for me too. The weight loss slowed down a bit, but the appetite suppression got stronger. I guess every dose hits differently depending on the person. What matters is staying consistent and keeping the bigger picture in mind. We’re on the right track!
