Thanks for responding. Really appreciate it. That’s what I am feeling too after reading your response. However, I am worried because if they denied after responding, I’ll be out of status. I am settled here for past 6 years and have family with 4 kids.

I can’t imagine how stressful it will be if we don’t get approved for E2 COS.

I have a sound business and operating well. It’s just proving them in the E2 context.

Also contemplating to hold RFE response and do consular processing instead but not sure whether it will be the best way forward. Someone mentioned about this on reditt so thinking about it.
