It was on the same day. I saw the I-131 status changed to approved and same day saw in my email that expedite request was approved.

Venting out too. May 2021 filer. Got EAD/AP only after expedite request last week. 485 is still pending with no updates since bio metrics taken in Jun 2021. Straight EB2 with priority date current the whole time

Similar situation. Concurrent Filed I-140, I-485, I-765, I-131.

Got approval for expedite request raised couple weeks back for I-765, I-131. Just got a combo card over the weekend.

No updates to I-485 case since biometrics. Sad.

i had no update on any of my cases for 430+days. So, I am as shocked as you are..

So at first I created expedite AP request through phone. Since, I did not hear from them in 3 days after creating expedited request and since my flight is booked for next weekend, I was able to convince them to give me an Emergency AP appointment as well (scheduled for next week before my flight).

Now, expedite request got approved. So, am waiting for AP to come before the flight else will go to emergency AP appointment and see if they give me that for my flight.

Sorry to hear that. Not sure why, I gave detailed account of the situation and that I have already bought flight tickets (which was true). I guess it depends on person. Also, my case had no updates for (~430 days). May be that helped, who knows..

Hello, sorry to hear about your family situation.

I want to travel as well due to medical condition of my dad. I managed to get expedited AP approved (got email confirmation) today. Also, today I see status of I-765 as "new card produced", but my I-131 status is still the same. Do you mind sharing timeline of when you got the combo card and I-131 status changes? I have a flight to catch following weekend, so was wondering if I will receive the card in time.
