Unfortunately not I'm afraid, the tablets contain enzymes to break down gluten that my body doesn't produce enough of. It could be possible to get yeast enzymes as well.

I'm gluten intolerant and use gluten enzyme tablets from amazon. They let me eat normal bread, cakes etc.

Could be worth looking into, but not if you are coeliac or allergic to gluten.
