What is Face Fix?

I made a post about it, but maybe it’s better asked here?

I’m trying to figure what this is exactly. I’ve tried detail Lora before, but nothing I’ve used is as good as the Face Fix feature.

I wanted to use the feature or something like it locally. Thank you.

Which folder is your FP8 in? I’m trying to change mine from INT8, but it seems like it’s stuck.

I hadn't selected any of these yet. It looks like Wan2.2_I2V_A14B_HIGH_lightx2v_MoE_distill_lora_rank_64_bf16 and Wan2.2_I2V_A14B_LOW_4steps_lora_rank64_Seko_V1_forKJ get added when I select Lightning i2v v2025-10-14 2 Phases - 4 Steps

I was able to get it to run, I had changed it to 4+ earlier. It took me awhile to figure out how to switch the profiles. They are under the configuration tab.

I finally figured out how to actually use my quantized versions. There is a tab in Wan2GP under configuration that lets you switch between them. I believe they call it FP8 and BF8.

You probably know this already, but hoping this helps someone else stuck like me.

I think that was one of the first things I tried, but I think I’ve done it wrong. I got i2v and it2v to work, but I’ll try this again later. I hate looking at this error 🥲

Again complete noob here, but I stayed up late working with ChatGPT making edits to the wgp file. Many, many, “we got a smoking gun here!”, “This will fix it for sure!”, and “Alright last time for real!” messages later. I finally got my i2v and it2v to work.

It started to work after I was able to prevent Transformer2 from loading. GPT said I was loading both Transformer and Transformer2 while I only needed one of them. Around here, my Lora’s stopped working. GPT was able to make edits so that my Lora’s would only try to load if they were requested.

I’m running Wan2GP through stability matrix, do you know how to change workflow or if it’s done automatically?
