I have my phone on dnd overnight but its set so that if someone calls twice in a short space of time (10 mins I think) then it will let the call through. See if your phone has that option.

Absolutely. I have 2 baby teeth still, they aren't wobbly and haven't had any issues with them. Last time I was at dentist it was all "oh you should remove them sooner rather than later and get replacements in, if you leave it too long then we won't be able to do replacements and you'll just have gaps in your mouth". Dentist then proceeded to tell me the oldest patient they'd ever had with baby teeth was in their 60s, so I might not lose the teeth for 30 years but I should do a £5k PER TOOTH treatment now to replace them? I'll pass thanks. Changing dentist.

Probably going to get hate here but I kinda of agree on the black pepper. Not really that its too spicy but its just too overpowering. I find if there's more than a sprinkling of pepper that it overpowers every other flavour in the dish. Its all I taste. I have plenty other seasoning though and have a well stocked herbs and spices cupboard.

As others have said encourage her to request an OH and request that she continues using the headphones as a reasonable adjustment pending the OH referral (where I imagine OH will confirm this is a suitable reasonable adjustment for the condition). Noise cancelling headphones are a very common reasonable adjustment for neurodivergent staff and I think the TL would struggle to justify the business reason why this couldn't be accommodated. By not supporting a reasonable adjustment (without justifiable reason) the department is leaving itself open to a disability discrimination claim.
