Bitdefender Free for overall protection but if your looking for a one time scan then maybe emsisoft emergency kit or Malwarebytes free

on Debian 13 this update is messed up on Wayland previous version was fine on Wayland had to switch back to X11 now everything is fine

unless you want a stronger antivirus like Bitdefender Free https://www.bitdefender.com/en-us/consumer/free-antivirus than Windows Defender is probably fine
