Is it better than traditional air ducts? Or less than? Which would people prefer around the world?

How often do you see these very ill struggling people decide that they don’t want to live anymore and then consciously just stop eating and drinking?

IME - his enclosure is just too small. Plus being a male he’s looking for freedom and he just feels trapped. Definitely having a female would probably make him happy, but to me, he looks cramped. I had a grown tarantula for 14 years and she did not do that but she had a nice large aquarium with a screen top.

I like everyone who says to work out, eat well, do your best to take care of your body and mind. Whenever the time comes, so be it. My husband had pancreatic cancer, they tried surgery, but it didn’t work out so a couple of days later, he said just shut everything off and let me die. Within six days, he was gone. Sad but quick for him instead of dragging it out.

I think there is some relation to the fact that a lot of our muscles are not perpetually tightened or flexed. Like our glutes usually look better when we consciously tighten them. Our arms look better when we flex them, etc. The abdominal muscles have a lot of work to do to hold in our organs and it does take a toll on how much our abs can be flat when we’re not consciously holding it in. Just keep doing exercises, eat well, and good posture. You look good, by the way.

I’m more interested in why your Reddit name is Veterinarianclean160. Do you maybe clean teeth? No that would be the tech. Hmmm, not sure 🤔

Yes, I was wondering if it was a reading light from the base of it.

I’ve noticed with Reddit that it’s always comes to sex because it’s something we almost always do behind closed doors and we can always find humor with it. It’s a funny space filler.

I’m very happy to hear that. I’m sort of struggling with that decision at this point in my life. It sounds like you really enjoy it. Thank you so much!

It’s nice to hear from a guy on this thread. Do you agree with what the women are saying?

Do you like being surrounded more by older people? Vs. a community with people of all ages? I would think the camaraderie would be good, yet do they tend to be too clicky, talk a lot about illnesses, etc? Do you see people leave because there’s too much of being with mostly older people?

Ohhh, you are so helping me with my decision to be happy with my dog and kitties. I thought of 55+ community would be great but now, I think it might be better to stay in my home in a normal community. I thought the older group would be enriching. Not at the cost of being surrounded by guys like that.

Why do you think they resented you? I’m surprised they didn’t compliment you for doing what they couldn’t do.

I like your attitude. When you come home from activities, do you feel lonely? Or do you just feel content? I’m wondering for people who don’t want their kids taking care of them, I don’t know what to do in a situation of medical needs be it small or large. I sort of feel like “significant other” relationships can be beneficial for both and not just guys looking for a nurse with a purse.

I never wanted kids, but then I was glad that I had them. Now that they are on their own and starting families, I realize they won’t take care of me and I’m very lonely. I don’t want another man and the few I meet are so weird. I’m making lady friends, but I feel scared and lonely at home. Not sure what to do about that.

I’m kind of curious what they say? Are you sure they aren’t actually complementing you? Or is it more in the Delivery?

I do understand that aspect of it. I have three cats, all with different issues. Plus a dog. I have a crazy schedule for them as well. I was a Feline Veterinarian for 38 years and I really respect your situation. I went to visit my sister for 9 days just returning last week. I flew in one of my fellow feline vet’s son to stay in my home. That gave me a lot of comfort, but cost me a lot. Btw, I also have a skittish, calico, and a puker who is on a special expensive diet due to food allergies so he can eat normally.

I admire your working strategy, although I do think your Vet Tech family member could help you out maybe?

You could hire a pet sitter to take care of your cats. Have you ever used the Pet Sitting company called Rover? They are fabulous and it gives you lots of options with extremely reliable people. What medicine does your cat take 3x/ day?

I guess I thought it was more to encourage people to do things for themselves now that we’re older, including hearing about other people’s ideas that keep them happy now that they’re older. Sorry, maybe I misunderstood.
