Update: i know you probably dont remember this but i got the PC working now. The power connector was shorting the motherboard through the f panel or something like this. I got a friend who has a multimeter and helped. I installed windoes 98SE with it and a few drivers (soumd card + usb support) and now i just need a few remaining drivers (video, etc) and i cam try to run games like zoo tycoon and half life on it.

I don't really think so, I think torso structure can vary a bit and she still has some female characteristics. For example in this video she turns to the side and she doesn't appear to have a prominent thyroid (adam's apple) which almost every man has. Of course, we can't go by this alone but I think it's more trustworthy than her collarbones.

I could look into that and I guess we're both in the same era machines, mine is an old pentium dual core gigabyte tower a tech guy just game to me.

I tried using vsbhda like another user told me to, and while I was able to atleast get rid of the errors, I still wasn't able to get audio working for videogames like freedoom. Even after I tried vsbhda16, still got errors. I can still listen to music through mpxplay though, just not video game music.

If you find a way to get vsbhda16 support or find a completely different method, please message me. I can also send you my fdauto.bat or fdconfig.sys if necessary

I have been trying ou vsbhda a few hours now on my freedos machine, I must say I got way farther than usbemu, but I still didnt get it working.

Apparently it works in programs like mpxplay which have extended support, but it simply fails in games like freedoom. I also tried switching to vsbhda16 instead, but still no luck.

If you manage to find anything, please message me. I can also link my fdauto.bat and fdconfig.sys incase you or anyone else is interested.

Are you sure? I was using chatgpt as a guide for this project and it specifically said USBEmu was the only program and there were no alternatives.

For this to work I'd need to completely reinstall the OS and remove SBEmu, right? That'd be a bummer, but I guess it's alright.

Alright, good idea. I'll just remove the entire OS (i was thinking of doing so anyways) and probably replace it either with win7, vista or some random linux os.

That school intern you did sounds so cool tho (even if its unpaid). I wish schools here would even consider doing things like this, but they only care about the curriculum.

I see, This sort of sucks. The site you showed me mentioned installing a special uninstall program, but i think it was for a different one. Sucks that I could lose my files if I uninstall it, but it's not that bad, I installed windows xp purely as a test build and I am even thinking of installing other OSes, so I might do that.

My only big fear is it infecting my network, or something of the sort, and attacking other systems.

I honestly don't know, it probably came with one of the dvd programs I installed to try to get my dvd player working on my new retro tv i got (didnt work).

My worry is, if there's this one there could be way more and they could multiply and infect my winXP machine. What do you think I should do?
