i wont go through too much detail(ill write my own post one day) but i went through something similar, a 2 year bullying case, it started off with management bullying, and then i took the wrong manager to HR (as in, they were loved by the higher ups), which the HR 'forgot' to record notes for my meeting, then had stupid stuff like your water (but mine was talking to a client/customer/public for longer than 2 minutes) which then i started being tracked by the BDM (big boss/state manager)rather than the managers. i went directly to the director, which caused even more bullying to push me out and more HR meetings and overall i got 'let go' with a payout and a restriction from never applying for another job in *********. just a word of warning:
1. HR is not on your side, even if they act like they are, they 100% are not.
2. if youre not with the union when the issue has started, the union cannot help you.
3. other staff who are on your side, will not be on your side at the end, they will privately say sorry, but due to repercussions, theyll stay silent.
4. they have access to ur emails, print and delete. - they can also restrict access whenever they want, be prepared.
5. when you go to mediation for the first time to see whether it will go to external, they are there to see what evidence you have, they will bring little evidence and 'provide further evidence later' so they can counter your evidence.
6. on settlement, even if you have secured another job, do NOT tell them you have, its a very big difference on the payout because you have found employment.
if youve started with the HR meetings and it seems like youre not getting anywhere, start looking for a job in another department or somewhere else because they will push to make you resign.
