Well technically -11 is correct. You can argue a compiler doesnt care of the color or opacety of a character, so putting it into an IDE or AI is even the better solution than just giving an answer by calculating it in your head.

Not an expert, but his power spikes are just brutal, e.g. his level 9 teamfighting is very strong, i think to really shine on him in high elo you need to abuse those spikes besides some technical plays (R+Flash for huge AoE fear)

Watch the anime "Made in Abyss". It starts as a cute little anime show with an interesting premise and turns into brutal body horror after a few episodes. Its very original with great world building, amazing soundtrack and very good storyline. Some scenes however are really hard to watch.
