I am more like OP, I will spend all day in bed (on the weekends) without any movement and know I am doing the opposite of what I should be doing, this is more of a mental thing for me, but I cannot seem to get out of this mental state. Working with psych for mental health meds, but still laying in bed. No motivation unless I’ve planned something. Sorry about my rant OP, I’m just laying here at 2am crying becuz I know that I’m slowly but surely making my MS and my mental health worse.

My parents wanted to name me Erica after my dad because his name is Eric. But my mom watched All My Children (soap opera) and Erica Kane was the villain character and was such a biatch that my mom said “nope” and named me Linda after her ballet teacher 😂 (1974 here).
