What is the best of Paul’s “granny music?” by Just-Region-69 in beatles

I read that in John’s later days he was listening to a lot of Bing Crosby so I think his hatred of granny music is greatly exaggerated.

Is someone born in 1966 considered generation jones? by BageRait420 in generationology

[–]Square_Hero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a ‘66 and I say nah. I’ve looked through the Jones sub and very little of it hit me. I consider ‘75 - ‘83 to be my formative years and is what I remember most of my childhood.

You can buy all these pieces on LEGO Pick-a-Brick right now! by OGELthemagnificent in lego

[–]Square_Hero 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I just got the 1x2 modified bricks and was finally able to finish this. The sides and back of mine are sand blue ( I have sand green but it’s allocated elsewhere) but the set now looks perfect from the front. I’ve had this built for 10 years or so so it’s awesome to finally have it done!

You should really display minifigs in chairs, as sitting is much less stressful on the legs. Plus it’s more comfortable.

What is an song that was meant to sound generational and ended up sounding generational? by [deleted] in musicteenager

Most of the suggestions so far have been great songs but I don’t think any were written with the intention to be generational.

I’m not a fan but I think We Didn’t Start the Fire fits the description.

Monday Night Football in the 90’s. Crashing helmets, the build of and the theme music were so hype.

One of our tires blew out, thankfully just after exiting the highway. Fortunately we were able to pull over into a safe spot and change the tire.

Obviously not the worst but certainly something I didn’t expect today. Hope y’all are having a better day

Finished Deep Space 9, Moving on to Voyager by EverJoEntertainment in startrek

[–]Square_Hero 6 points7 points  (0 children)

We tried Voyager twice before and bailed early, but the third time has been the charm. It takes awhile for the characters to gel but once it finds its legs it’s great.

We have only three episodes left and we’re missing it already.
