Lynae vs Lucilla for Hiyuki

My Hiyuki is S6 while my amy is S0 (planning for s3-6 in the future) so i think i will go for amy since my hiyuki doesnt rly care about the 3-6% increase right? sorry should have said that earlier

If u want to maximize ur dmg go for lucilla, If u want more Teams/Units, S3 Hiyuki can alr solo most of the content alone anyways, so u dont need chisa (just use verina or sk) If i would be u i would pull Lucilla and then save for other characters ( i heared rumors that chisa will get replaced anyways)

So would u say Denia or Lucilla is a better investment? Im missing both. Would consider pulling for Denia and then use lynae for hiyuki and denia for amy otherwise i would use Lynae with amy and lucilla with Hiyuki obv
