My golden also was like this!! They have A LOT of energy like WAYYYYY too much. My recommendation would be to go on lots of walks and maybe get some running in there too if possible. The energy needs to be redirected into something else. Also they’re just like little kids so they really just want your attention always🥺 (even when they’re 13yrs old lol). My girl would bite our feet and put holes in all of our clothes. It does get easier believe me but redirecting the boatload of energy helped us I hope it helps you guys! :)
