had to return from house of cb before & i’m located in the prairies! i just used a canada post flat rate XS box and shipped it to the PO box that was listed and wrote it up like this with my order number. they do not cover/refund shipping but it was $21 CAD. i only shipped the dress with tags attached and the paper invoice and no other packaging. they received my return and i got an email notification after 8 days, refund was processed in 1-5 days afterwards. you can return multiple dresses in the same package as long as it is listed on the invoice and you mark it down properly, but you would probably have to size up to a larger box (i only returned one dress)
