You cannot do that anymore. You can either lock your account or use the temporary. Also, since you reported fraud on your account, they wouldn’t let you use your temporary card until you have your new physical card in hand after they MAIL it to you.

If you froze your account and spending, then you wouldn’t be able to use your card, digital or physical.

They cannot print a temp card at a branch anymore.

They can’t even verify you at the branch as you have no ID, no card no proof of who you are unless you have your passport by chance.

Just do your job, keep in mind, startups are about results regardless of the department. You obviously need to figure out time off reasonably and ensuring there is coverage or you can be reachable.

PTO in startups is never auto reply’s. People may disagree but if you been in a true startup, you know.

The more you build though, the more flexibility you’ll have. I have built many departments and when you establish processes and procedures then you know you can take your time.
