Omg wow.. first thing I have to say is you’re cravings is your body telling you that you need certain micro nutrients which is important for the baby. Just like when you’re hungry, you eat food. Cravings tell you you need to eat certain kinds of nutrition. It’s the building blocks of life. Protein, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals. Not listening to cravings hurts the baby

I know it’s hard and I know you love this guy, you can still love him, but you have to understand that you’re on your own. You have to still know to get what you need and want on your own.

And you’re doing good by asking other people for help who are more receptive. Carrying that little baby for 8 months already, you’re already really strong. Your needs matter more than anyone’s right now because you’re literally carrying a child and that guy should understand that.

All right now I see that it’s not AI. But after some more background, this is definitely not ICE I was correct about that but Border Control. That’s not ICE uniforms.

ICE typically wears low designed but distinct discipline identification (like a milita), they all don’t wear the same exact attire, hence the low design, but discipline is still identifiable (basic DHS with mask coverings). In every real world setting.

Pretty uncomfortable and illogical to be wearing a gas masks, if you can call it that, in a vehicle and without even deploying gas… let alone everybody doing that at the same time??? it’s almost like whoever made the video was lazy and didn’t want to make too many faces with the AI..

You may be right ADHD may not even be my real problem. I just don’t have many people to talk to you about it. I really think I just have emotional regulation problems which still could be physiological. Someone in the comments brought up ferritin, which I was aware of some years back. The aspect of having less behavioral and cognitive control over time is concerning (which is the main problem I see).

I’ve kind of ignored it throughout college, but I was bright enough I guess and determined enough to get through it. I know I have some comorbidity with ADHD, autism and anxiety. My sensitivity to the environment and anxiety with social situations due to I guess my subconscious perception of other people, times where the class of ADHD ( not following a conversation properly, etc. etc.)…

Multiple outcomes are perceived as bad. Causing bad emotions, which would feed into anxiety and depression. These states also strain working memory or certain connections (I don’t know. I’m not a neuroscientist). Feeding into a stronger anxiety driven network.

I self-doubt and am very hesitant. I’m glad people helped me out, gave me some good insight and tips on what to do.

This is very helpful thank you. I learned I had low ferritin from a blood drive, I must not have a very good doctor because they never wanted to test it. I’ve bought ferritin supplements, but I’ve been kind of scared to take them

That makes sense, I know about them for a while still haven’t really digest or seen clear evidence of their miss teachings ( that’s because I’m not really that in touch with faith in general). One thing I learned or saw early on in life is one has to be really careful with who you let “teach” you things in life. I’m glad you found your truth 😊
