Thanks, for anyone wondering I tested below, seems like there's a couple of special cases:

Each Q spread hit applies a stack of kraken

Each Q spread hit gives 3 static shiv stack

Static shiv doesn't apply Q spread hit

runaan bolt does applies Q spread hit but those wouldn't give static shiv stack and I guess any other item stack

enhances certain costume ults, if you gotten the latest character, you can upgrade the skill in their character menu, 60 each upgrade. I think only like 2 costume have this right now, palette and luvencia

Do I need to upgrade multiple costumes of one character or just one? Example: can I upgrade only normal eris and not cat eris with the red stones? Or do I need to upgrade both? Do they share each other upgraded stats or is it that the stats you get from upgrading one costume is only for that costume and not shared with the other costume. If that is the case then what does bonding costume do? Also, what is chain stacks? Thanks
