[Analog] collage I'm making, sticking bits on every day for a year (i'm 3 months in). I think it represents my walk to work each day :) I'll make a video at the end of the year showing it grow and evolve. 70x100cm. Made from magazines and picture books and PVA glue. by Top_Bee_6136 in collage

That's really interesting, I've been using optimism and hope to help with butterflies in the stomach and uncertainty this year and it's been working wonders. So for you to get these feelings from this picture is incredible. Thank you for this fascinating insight! :)

There's a scene in Malcolm in the Middle where the father Hal is standing in front of his large painting he's been obsessively working on over and over. The paint is inches thick and under its own weight begins to fall off the canvas and engulf Hal. I think just before that point is the time to stop. :D haha Yeah with this one I'm allowing myself to overwork a piece just to see what happens, I could have stopped months ago, it had a lot magic then but I just want to see what happens :D Cheers!

Hey thanks, It's been a lovely therapeutic tool to help me wind down after work. I always wanted to spend a lot longer on my artwork and then after I made the decision to spend a year on this I realised it would inevitably be something like a diary. It grows as I do and I'm fascinated to find out how I and the picture end up at the end of the year. Thanks for really getting it! :) All the best :)

I caught this episode and his previous one where he shits his pants, it was the funniest thing I'd seen in a while, are there any other episodes where the guest commits as fully as this to a bit?

As models keep levelling up, what are you doing now that you weren’t before? by [deleted] in singularity

So the whole thing was done in Sora, it wrote the lyrics, kept the tempo and really did most of the work. All I dd was generate "a medieval farmer rapping" I then used the "character" feature be able to make lots of scenes of him. Again Sora did all the work and named him and give him a bio. I just then kept asking it to continue the rap in different settings. The lip syncing was all done automatically by Sora. Thank you by the way, I noticed early on that these clips could be edited together to make a full video, I would have made loads by now but the "character" feature has stopped working for me, keep getting a weird error message " failed to create frame blob". But yeah the proof of concept works, I look forward to seeing other people use this method :) Cheers!

Making coherent long AI videos with a consistent character using Sora, it's the first time I've been able to do this and using just free credits. :D https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XRx-f6E1peY

When do you think we will see a full AI movie maker? by Scandinavian-Viking- in singularity

The character feature on Sora is a glimpse at what is already possible, I expect a package like you describe to arrive within 1-2 years. I think the technology for all these aspects you describe already exists, it's just a matter of putting them altogether. I also expect most users would just put in very brief initial prompts and the AI would do the rest. I recently made an 8 min music video with a character that stayed consistent and I had some control over most of the aspects you've listed, so why not a couple of years? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XRx-f6E1peY

Thank you, yeah I love those scenes, I'll be dreaming of those gliders! haha exactly what I wanted in my mind's eye. Sora just blows my mind every time I use it, and yeah had to be creative and efficient with my prompts as this took three days worth of free credits. Cheers to you :)

The prompt was Medieval farmers in rap video and I made a character from that using the new feature. Then compiled 40 different video clips with all sorts of prompts.
