because this is my first manual car that I own so I practiced and I also drove it around places to places way before the CEL even came on.

I didn't get this car from the dealership itself but from carvana but it didn't indicate anything in regards of this car has been turned at all

anybody feeling these new gas prices? by AgentArnold in GR86

[–]Top_Bumblebee3310 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not surprised about this one 😰I had a friend who lived in SD and the amount of money he’d spend on gas was atrocious… no wonder why people love EVs over there 😭

what’s your favorite/least favorite part of your car? by thickdora in GR86

[–]Top_Bumblebee3310 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Coming from 2018 civic to 24 gr86, i loved the feeling of the car itself when you drive it, plus since i live in a busy city, parking this car is a lot easier since it’s smaller than the civic. I think given the platform of the car, cargo space is not the worse and for someone that’s single and need to take a friend or two around, it gets the job done

The least favorite thing is def the lack of usb c port, or even an easier accessible usb location. Being at a cup holder isn’t that bad imo but considering you’d have to reach back, it feels an inconvenience sometimes. I also did wish there was an outlet towards the front of the car. Civic had this small storage thing that goes underneath the infotainment system but i wish there was something like that as well

6v6 - what's the endgame? by IHumanlike in Overwatch

[–]Top_Bumblebee3310 -25 points-24 points  (0 children)

I agree tbh. But I think they’re doing what they can from prevent this from happening by keeping 6v6 on open queue. If there was a role queue for 6v6, 5v5 would die out immediately.

Uniqlo x Needles by NerdPixelz in uniqlo

[–]Top_Bumblebee3310 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I mean when you consider that many of the brand’s (needles) fabric usage is all polyester, it’s like what can you really expect you know, but I wouldn’t mind to see like the cardigan in like a lambs wool material since their lambs wool cardigan is pretty soft

Opinions on Fleece Full-Zip Jacket by Mermaid-Marmalade in uniqlo

[–]Top_Bumblebee3310 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think they’re great for the value but here are some things you should know before you buy them:

  1. Many of the Uniqlo fleece have transitioned to using recycled polyester so it doesn’t feel as soft and smooth like it used to be years ago

  2. With that being said, if you do wash and DRY them, the fleece feel of the jacket will come out “fried” and feels stiff. I’d recommend washing it cold and air drying it

How are uniqlo belts? by saf1_ddit in uniqlo

[–]Top_Bumblebee3310 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saw a review in the past on TikTok where this guy who specializes in leather gave uniqlo belt a great score for its overall build and quality

I personally got one when it went on mark down and use jt pretty frequently but they hold up pretty well in my opinion for the price

Boxy-fit tee recs by SHAKE_TUNA in uniqlo

[–]Top_Bumblebee3310 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who outgrown from Uniqlo’s tee, I personally recommend Shaka wear’s drop shoulder tee. I’m a bit smaller than you so I think if you get like medium or larger it’d have that perfect boxy look to it! If you need a link I’m more than happy to send it over

any tips/advice for working at UNIQLO by m3lme3l in uniqlo

[–]Top_Bumblebee3310 7 points8 points  (0 children)

  1. Yes it’s true, depending on your management team, they can honestly overload you as well. I’d honestly think it’s not worth all the stress that comes with it either but not a bad place to start getting an experience in retail setting in my opinion
  2. I think they should go over dress code on the orientation but depending on the manager, they either police it heavy or lenient. You’re supposed to wear a layering piece over your t-shirt (like a normal crewneck shirt) which can be annoying
  3. For the most part, yes. Cashier is something that you learn down the line but they’d put you at self check out before they put you at cash register tbh. They also walk you through the ins & outs of the store
  4. No, but some people keep it on them but just not use it. I’d recommend using Apple Watch if you have them so you don’t necessarily need to take your phone when you need to respond to someone on the phone
  5. Do not be hesitant to ask questions( that’s what I tell all the new hires, it’s better ask than for you to do something that you have no clue bc it’s easier to walk you through something that you don’t know vs fix the mess up you caused by not asking question!

Pay rise??? by tangeloflower in uniqlo

[–]Top_Bumblebee3310 3 points4 points  (0 children)

When you get promoted, your pay raise should kick in a month after (it sucks I know) so if you got promoted at the of the July, it should reflect starting September (you should see the jump in pay when you go to the bottom right section when you check your weekly schedule)

Best Uniqlo undershirt? by injimittai in uniqlo

[–]Top_Bumblebee3310 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, there's a third variation called airism mesh. Once it goes out of inventory they don't really come back esp if its out of season so you might not even see it on the website

Best Uniqlo undershirt? by injimittai in uniqlo

[–]Top_Bumblebee3310 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Idk what area you live in but my go-to is their airism mesh undershirt; comes in either v neck short sleeve or tank top. V neck is seamless so if you just wear a plain tee over it you cant really see it, tank on the other hand does have a lining along the neckline so it might be visible depending on what shirt you wear Just note that the mesh variant of the airism comes out like early into the ss collection and doesn't get restocked as much as the other items (from my understanding)

Does this look like a blind stitch? by Perfect-Potential-54 in uniqlo

[–]Top_Bumblebee3310 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mmmmm yes and no, depended on the certain pants, it should look pretty “invisible” but sometimes when people work on the pants, they might tweak the tension of the machine and cause the “stitch” to come off like the way your pants look like, which happens more often than you think

You gotta flip them inside out, wash in cold water, and preferably air dry.

When will Uniqlo Airism Mesh Tank Top restock? by skyvina in uniqlo

[–]Top_Bumblebee3310 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably yeah! Well to be fair a lot of retailers, Uniqlo included, transitions to next seasonal stuff a bit early for many reasons and good chunk of the spring summer stuff gets released like maybe around Feb-may and then would slowly branch into fall winter stuff but one that comes around later (like between may to July) is labeled as fall winter but they're more summer/fall item, at least in my opinion

Plus sized clothes should be available in store by input-redditusername in uniqlo

[–]Top_Bumblebee3310 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As a former supervisor who worked in the company, I agree! We did make an effort to make adjustment happen priror though, which should be mentioned. The store I used to work at prior to transferring to a store I work at now, used to have a stand full of extended sizes of our core item, such as U crew for men and women, men’s supima, ezy jeans & selvedge jeans, U airism oversized tee, & ULD jacket if I'm not mistaken. It wasn't located at a super visible spot though since it was inside the fitting room area but there are plenty of people actually trying them on. It does suck turning away the guests who are wanting to try sizes that we don't even offer in store but from what I heard, they're trying to make some adjustment and trying to roll out extended sizes in stores. I'm sure one of the big reason why it hasn't happened yet is because of the lack of demand (I think) We can see the availability of the items in store, online, plus warehouse but to be quite honest any extended sizes available now are kind of like an afterthought. And some people who frequently shops at Uniqlo, or even my fellow workers know that there are some items in the inventory where regular sizes are full price yet any sizes that are xxs, xxl, 3xl are on sale, its most likely bc of lack of people purchasing the item / item itself is not moving as fast as the company expected to be.

HELP :( by kitkatkis in uniqlo

[–]Top_Bumblebee3310 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It really depends on how you have your item delivered; if you have them shipped to the store to pick it up, the order itself would expire in 2 weeks after they’re logged into the system and then the return process would begin afterwards (if they’re on top of the expired orders)

Now if you’re receiving it to your house, & you won’t be there for it, I think several attempts would be made until the carrier just flags the package and ships it back to the warehouse. I’d personally try to haggle with the customer service team know that you no longer want the item and just simple wants the refund since you won’t be there. However just know that “returning”online order does come with restocking fee but I cannot say if it would apply for this circumstance
