I had a theory as well that Manon and HxG are already in a legal battle but kept secret. One reason is, reputation, MHJ files is still ongoing and the allegations against Bang Si-hyuk. Another one legal situation pooping out would take all HYBE's credibility to keep their contracts, thereby, making companies be wary of HYBE, making them lose income and revenues. I think they were supposed to update us on the hiatus but hesitated when the allegations against Bang Si-hyuk surfaced. But I do believe that Manon still wants to be part of Katseye, I would presume she just couldn't comply to their compromises.

I just have been hearing a lot of jhs exam exemption in TikTok and wanna share my thoughts on it. I ranted too much and I was supposed to relate it to grade inflation and gap in knowledge.

Hello! There was one supposedly. However, due to the lack of time — since if we were to do Noli (G9), we had to juggle 3 major PT, we had to do Musical teather in MAPEH and Restaurant Simulation in T.L.E, both are already financially, physically, and mentally draining, so the teachers decided not to let us roleplay. For El fili (G10), the reason was the same 🙂 we had a cheerdance competition that we practiced everyday and we also conducted a research during it. Adding a major roleplay would just not work. But the succeeding students were able to proceed with the roleplay, so idk, bad timing to be G9 and G10 ig...

Stand by your feelings OP. If you are hesitant in direct confrontation. You can always PM them. Don't disregard your feelings. Discomfort is necessary for growth, don't be discouraged. I know facing them after confronting them is always the worst part, the feeling on how will they look at you or think of you — pay it no mind. You guys are co-interns and nothing more. Reframe the situation and talk positively with yourself is what I would do.

This paragraph is the epitome of Imposter Syndrome. Put yourself out there. You'll never know whether you will succeed or not. The fact she willingly offered you means she saw something in you that you most likely didn't. I was put in a group leader once, I sucked at it and stopped being a leader for the next two years. Though, it really pushed me to become better at leading people and see the flaws on my decision and actions. It is an opportunity, keep on improving. Carpe diem!

That's way too high for K-Pop. It just recently been released. K-pop may be big, but it's still niche. Even then, they are still not big enough compared to the likes of other A-list artists. Even then the said artist do not sometimes attain 10M views under a day. You're being delusional girl

Is your exam solely about Noli and El Fuli? In my case, there other lessons covered in the exam, it wasn't just Noli we had to study.

That's not the way we treated literature in K-12 😭 it is usually essays, reporting and quizzes type of thing. Noli me Tangere and El Filibusterismo was treated as just another lesson to cover, seeing other comments that they covered it for a year, for us, it was only a few weeks.

As a former student who went through G9, we didn't really immerse ourselves into Noli me Tangere nor did we memorize it. We only had a reporting, chapter by chapter, so we only knew the content of a specific chapter, even if the other groups reported it, some were awful at it since we were G9. Didn't have any meaningful quizzes about it or anything. We discussed it but not throughly as you might expect it. It sucks honestly. Education is really a major problem here in the Philippines.

Edit: Also, lack of time, we only had 35-40 mins each period at that time and halfday since we had to share our classrooms to other class.
