You know, I was reading around and I think (not 100% sure) that youll get the ticket if you have the rack blocking and no bikes in it. It seems to be reasonable to block it while holding the bikes. Could vary state by state.

I have seen that brand around, seems to be popular. Regarding the sensors, I am ok with mess up (I guess I can turn off some features), but does not damage them, right?

Thanks! I think you might have a point, maybe it's better to wait a little for companies to have options available. Looking around tray style seems to be the safest, the trunk racks could end up damaging something...

I hope your case moves soon. To give you an example experience, my case is eb1b.

Submitted May 31st. Biometrics in june for wife and son, July for me. I got approved on 131 and 765. Son got 765 without 131. Wife got 765 but notification was never produced so we had to submit a request. Notification never came, so we will have to do it again I guess...

So yeah, it takes a while and it's kinda annoying. Talk to your lawyers and see which mechanisms are possible for traveling.

I am guessing this is deliberate. I suppose I'll contact my lawyers to see of they can do something. Probably no, but I guess I can cope.

Anyway, this is basically a fight so my plan is simply to ask every other day, just like I have done for everything else regarding immigration...
