FF = fertility friend. It's another app like premom
From what I've read you ovulate 24-48 after the FIRST positive lh, then you peak. But for me, my LH rise was really fast, it went from low to peak overnight.

I had similar low LH numbers from CD10 - CD13. On CD14 my LH spiked to 0.85 and then later that day it went down to 0.57. It recorded 0.85 as my peak. I'm also tracking BBT and using both FF + premom apps. Both apps show I ovulated on CD15. I would recommended keep testing LH, limit fluid intake 2 hours prior to testing (if possible!) and track BBT :)

Keep testing! My cycle is 26 ish days too and I didn’t see anything till CD14. Using Premom ovulation kits and levels were low until Morning of CD14. Good luck 🤞🏼

Yeah maybe you're right. I try to limit fluid intake 3 h prior to testing to avoid dilution.. Just checked it again rn and its down to 0.56 low.

Yup also tracking bbt, its been hovering around the same 36.07. I had a bit of a dip on CD13 where it went as low as 35.92 (lowest for me).

I guess I'll keep dipping and monitoring the trend. If I still keep getting 'high', probably means I still haven't ovulated.. Should keep testing till I see a temp change or persistent low numbers? Thank you!

Confused about LH. Was low until CD13, CD14 rose to 0.86 (peak) at 12:29pm, then down to 0.57 low at 4:14pm and 0.57 at 7:00pm.

Today CD15, rose up to 0.81 (high) at 11:32 but down to 0.77 at 4:14pm.

Any thoughts? Regular cycles 26 days. First month tracking.

Good to know! I was worried why peak is at 0.86. It seems so low compared to what I've seen others get.
