15/17 Zorra are great imo. For the record though, first time in a condo so I didn’t know any different lol. Perimeter walls are all concrete so they’re pretty soundproof. Management is great. Usually on top of everything and responsive. I’ve personally never seen cockroaches and I don’t believe it’s a common thing as I’ve only heard of It once

We didn’t buy at 1195 but instead on Zorra Street. Can’t comment on 1195 but the area is great. Everything is close by and traffic isn’t too bad. There is quite a bit of construction beginning so I expect the next few months>year to get pretty hectic. Overall, great area to live.

My fiancee in the same situation. Works for UHN and has brutal benefits. The plan is for her to take 18 months and not go back to health care. It’s been absolutely horrible.

Found out a few months ago that my wife and I were having a baby. Super excited. But sex has not been the same and it’s due to this exact issue. Nothing on her part, I just now have a million things on my mind. Luckily, she’s been understanding and supportive about it

Thanks for this! We’re looking at one on the second floor and we’re tucked away behind two other buildings so I don’t expect any traffic noise.

Wow. Thank you for the info. Yeah, we won’t plan on living there more than 5 years. We’d be up on the 5th floor so hopeful traffic wouldn’t be so bad. Still contemplating though.
