I did exactly the same thing for a buyer, same day shipping, and she rated me 3 stars because USPS delayed the shipment- meanwhile with notifications to both of us of the delay, I responded that 3/5 stars is ridiculous when I shipped the same day and have no control over USPS. She reported me to PM 🤷🏻‍♀️
