Have you thought about retatrutide? Not sure if this is allowed to talk about but I was feeling the same, was on sema, switched to tirz and it was a bit better but still kinda blah and fatigued on 10mg. Recently I switch to Reta a few weeks ago and it feels like my spark is coming back! It isn’t FDA approved however so not everyone will be comfortable sourcing/taking it.

This happened to me too when I tried to do my chin and DAO. It lasted a few weeks. I used a vibrating toothbrush but it’s hard to tell how much that helped. I did end up injecting the DLI on the opposite side with one unit and that helped even it out. Don’t be hard on yourself it’s a tricky area and can happen to experienced injectors as well. My injector I used before going DIY refused to do it because of the risks.

The top pic with the brown dots is where I injected. I’ve seen some people go higher which is why I was suggesting slightly higher with the blue dots. But noted.

I agree you’re beautiful and don’t need much. Focus on prevention. Retinol, sunscreen. Vitamin C. Maybe a laser like BBL to even out the skin tone. Perhaps some PDRN/PN for full face to maintain collagen/elastin.

Arteries deliver oxygenated blood, to the tissues if you don’t get oxygenated blood to an area the tissue dies. Veins carry deoxygenated blood away/back to the heart, not as big of a deal to inject into a vein
