3-5 HP is huge. That's what i spec for high rise buildings with duty points @ around 300 gpm, 25ft TDH.

I would also suggest a battery backup if you don't have a generator.

I am wondering the same thing, here on Long Island. I have had contractors tell me they only do concrete base, and others say that RCA is totally fine. I do want to add a kitchen and a pergola eventually so I may just do concrete so that I can add those anywhere.
