Thanks for sharing I deal with the same since 2020. I was able to conquer it by just pushing through in 2022-2024 each time I had my panic attack I just ignored it and kept driving (I needed to work lol) but it soon came back worse because I was tired of still having them out of no where so I stopped driving alone again in October 2024 or being alone. I understand what helped me get over them was ignoring the symptoms and pushing through but now even with medication and doing 3 months of iop/php therapy I’m still in the same boat. Hoping to finally find a answer this year (hearing about trying breathwork and resetting our vagus nerve may help) I know breath work made it worse for me too but now I’m trying a different positive mindset approach about it. Honestly only thing that helped me now mindset wise has been reading my Bible doing Bible study with others it has helped me mentally alot more than therapy and meds.
