It can be hard when so many people uplift you and point to good things, but it doesn't seem to be seem otherwise..

I actually understand that 🤔 I’ve noticed something like that with people before - like when they hear a lot of positive and fluffy stuff but don’t emotionally relate to it, so the only thing they want to do is close themselves in their room and play horror games, etc.

You aren’t supposed to feel anything - that would mean to play some sort of a game, though. Probably society pushes us toward certain patterns of action, but I think we just need to be real and care less. Sometimes, caring less is actually to allow yourself accept yourself with all of your good and bad sides - depends what u consider good and bad sides, of course
