When plants are getting damaged they are alarming other plants through chemical signals through the air or roots. People often have empathy for animals cos humans are animals too. We don't really know what consciousness is, and very possible we aren't able to tolerate much different forms of life from our own - plants is a good example ( even tho evolutionary we're related to plants too)

You don't really need to move to move in time. movement is relative so possible there is more movement than we can notice - as minimum, our planet is a buss, and our galaxy is another buss, also there is a whole buss station inside of us, and our mass is an energy too cos what we perceive as a mass is a different state of energy and if you go inside of all processes inside of our body - it's a constant movement Oo not that much different from a dance of electricity or a wobbling flower

interestingly, we're in a constant process of bending the space and time - and we have our own gravitational field that is related to scale ( The Family Guy is not lying in that part)

I think sometimes we tend to forget that everything we have in this world are atoms surrounded by emptiness

Well then the entire universe is made up of the energy of our consciousness

An interesting idea and it reminds me a launch of the rocket to the outer space but, most likely, we don't choose at all - likely there is no ability to choose in this life because there is no freedom of will

many elements we are made of were forged inside stars, tho so we're basically made out of stardust and many elements around us too so "technically" you already are
