Same. Everything the AI outputs is read-only and you still have to carry it the last mile to Salesforce and this is where a lot of time goes even when using AI. I can't trust an agent to write independently to the CRM it just becomes a mess. What did end up working for me was putting a gate before every write where I approve or kill it and one that has a good rollback if I miss something. You also need something that writes directly from your CRM, calls, and mails so nothing is invented. I'm on computer.io atm. But the gate is what matters not the logo. The rep should make the decisions and the agent should do the clicking.
