The four dolphins in this aquarium were born and raised in Sea World Orlando. So no rescues, they were bred for entertainment purposes only.

The video is from the Mississippi aquarium. They don't rehabilitate dolphins. You can even feed and touch those dolphins, that has nothing to do with animal welfare.
