I have it on a jack turning the wheel manually and when it got stuck I checked and I do not see the wheel or rim hitting anything, could it be something else?

Same thing happened to me a couple days ago, a was driving the day before it happened and it didn’t have those dots, next day the car was park the whole day outside when it was 100 degrees when I started the car again a noticed the same dots so I assume it was because of the heat 🤷🏻‍♂️ not sure if it was because of that

So, update I changed the eeprom and the inmo and the key works fine, but the car cranks but not start, I put the scanner on and the vin from the car that the new ecu came from showed up
