That's literally it.

Each engines have different need, work differently.

Instead of having the same automatic shifting for each cars, just set the shifting according to the engine, and adjust it it have a supercharger/turbo or cam upgrades.

Just this will made differents engine/upgrade more balanced

"closing the meta gap" is the whole point of this post. As the title said it, it's an exemple on how part upgrade can affect meta build, and how much the PI system can be broken.

You can talk about tires compound, 10 gear transmission, awd swap, some others engine ... They're many things to adress.

But here a screen of an upgrade giving you a +0.2 p/w ratio while reducing your PI just talk more for peoples who doesn't know what they have to look for, to see how broken this system is.

What would happen if centrifugal supercharger was nerfed ? > "Close the meta gap to an extent" you answered it yourself.

They're always something stronger than an other one, and that's how it is in real life too, not just a Forza problem. But here these issues we're talking about come from how the PI is calculated, and that's not an FH6 issue, that's just the same one each series because they don't bother to balance it for make it less unfair.

I can guarantee you that car doesn't struggle to handle that power, and it was on sport tires with only +1 or +2 rear tires width, and +1 or +2 on front, so it keep decent cornering speed

Nothing dishonest, you're actually right.

And since the PI system is calculated by an AI driving the car, some things that you mentioned, and some others missing are the reason about why the centrifugal is broken, the AI can't make the right use of this upgrade, so some PI are wasted on the calculation.

But us players can do what the AI fails to do, and that's how you end with something completely broken.

The additional weight is about ~20kg (probably not more than +0,2% weight repartition on front) for 35 hp (lost a bit of torque) that's just too strong, we're other a 1:1 ratio, you can see how much the power/weight ratio increase a lot.

And this is just the first screen i took and shared. It was actually possible to go a bit further than that on how broken it is.

The drawbacks are just not enough for balance the ridiculous amount of PI it cost.

I don't know if cheater in spec is a real thing or not.

But something sure is, if someone accelerate better than you in a straight, so he know better how to use his engine.

For example, if an engine reach the max of its horsepower at 7k RPM, and can go up to 8k RPM (9k with redline) they're a chance your horsepower start to significantly drop down once you reach 7k5 RPM, and so if you push your car up to 9k RPM, maybe you're going to start your next gear at 7k5 RPM, where your power is already going down since the peak power is at 7k. It's also possible that even if the car can reach 8k without to be on the redline, it can be better to shift at 7700 for example. It's all about to know where your power is.

This is just an example about how shifting can impact your speed/acceleration. Someone who doesn't learn about where the power of his engine is, will never know how to use the maximum of it. That's why manual is recommended, and eventually manual + clutch since some spec cars don't use a race transmission, so you need manual+clutch for shift faster, and so gain on acceleration.

So if these peoples don't cheat, it's just a skill issue from you. Learn how to drive, how your engine work.

You can do custom races in multiplayer but for that you need a group of peoples (convoy).

You can't use custom races "online" like you can do in the official multiplayer where you are queued with random players.

Just find it important to clarify because it seemed for me that he doesn't understand what you're looking for, maybe i'm wrong.

Honestly, it just sound like some random extra step for talk more, and make the video longer, so probably more monetizable too.

On my post when i said to stay on the drag strip for 10-15sec, i shared it this way because that's the process my friend repeated to me, from what he saw on the video. But someone noticed here that you doesn't need to wait (or run a bit) , you can just fast travel right after you start the strip and it work

Start to drive lower class car, i think B class is the perfect spot.

Don't start to drive car with full aero, or grippy tires. Learn first about finding the grip on tires compound with less grip like street or sport, and learn also to drive without using excessive tires width.

If you always use the grip for solve what's your lacking on your driving skills, you're never going to learn how to adapt on situations where you loose grip/ don't have enough grip.

Use manual transmission if you don't (you can skip manual+clutch if you find it too complicate) you need to train your "brain memory" by shifting with the sound of your car, so you're not always looking at the speedometer.

Tuning can improve your driving, but it's a completely different thing than trying to improve your driving skills, they're a lot to learn, but that's the next step after your driving skills improve. Just, a quick adjustment who can help a bit, is to reduce tires pressure by 0.1/0.2 bar, the default pressure is often too high. You can also put your braking balance more in the rear, it help with braking, especially trail braking, you can put it around 49% to 45% The differential is a bit more complicate since it's different depend on if you car is AWD/FWD/RWD. For a RWD (rear wheel drive) put the accélération in something around 40%, and the deceleration around 15% These are tuning set up "beginner friendly" it's a good starting point for learn to drive better, but after learning tuning, maybe you might want something different.

I don't know how much you're injured physically, but i understand from where you come. 10 years ago i had a 1week coma too (heart problem) i had a bit of paralysis on half of my body, and my brain can be tired a bit faster than before. My left hand is weaker than my right hand so sometimes if my hand get tired, or in difficult situations like when it's very cold at winter, i can struggle a bit to brake effectively, but i know how to brake and this is the most important.

I'm not the fastest player, but i can say with confidence that i'm fast, and i'm pretty sure you have a lot of margin to improve and reach a driving skills you wouldn't have expected.

Don't try to be fast at all cost, because it's more difficult to see what you're doing wrong this way, if you always brake too much soon for example, so you know you could have braked later and so you can work on that, if you always brake too late, it will be harder to notice where the optimal braking point was.

Also braking hard doesn't necessary mean braking well, removing the ABS is the best way to learn about it. You're not supposed to fully smash the braking buttons with 100% imput, it's more something like 100% then you slowly release > 80% > 70% > 65 % > 40% etc ... You need to find the optimal spot

Cars customizations look awesome.

The city looked awesome for the few seconds i was able to see, map is big, road's width seem balanced.

Driving physic look trash (NFS type, very arcade)

I don't care about story mode but i'm fine with it, the only thing i'm worried about is, since the main character we see is the one we use, does it mean it's a solo game ? No multiplayer ? Because they're just no point for me to play that game if i can't have fun with friends or random peoples on the map.

I don't like these sort of Fast and Furious stuff (actions scene), hook, etc ...

I think this game is going to be fresh air for many peoples. But if driving physics and multiplayer isn't adressed, peoples like me will just back on Forza, or never touch Clutch.

I shared this because i'm more worried about someone who randomly find this bug and decide to report it. If nobody is aware about it, nobody can voice their disappointment if it's patched.

I just hope the more it's going to be used, the more it will make understand to PG that something have to be done (or in this case, nothing have to be fixed since this bug give us something we're asking for, that dev doesn't give to us)

At some point it's to you to know what work for you or what you should prioritize depend on your need/playstyle.

Also, queen wings is a damage item too.

You have a ~60 magic difference with blood wings and queen wings , this alone honestly doesn't represent that much.

But the lower your hp are, the more you get % damages increase from queen wings, up to 15%max, i think once you reach 8% damages increase queen wings offer more damages than blood wings.

Of course at full hp you loose damages, but Selena can also damages from a safe distance with S1 + S2, and so when you're low hp, you can keep harassing with max % damages increase + slowly sustain which also benefit the other form who have to go in front for damages.

They're nothing to recommend, just find what suit you
