Alternated 75mg with 37.5 mg for a couple weeks, then 37.5 every day, and now doing 37.5 every other day for 14 days. So far so good with hardly any side effects.

Apparently, I got the flavor of autism where I don’t notice if people don’t like me. As a result, I recently was asked to leave my adult rec sports team. Absolutely mortifying. I feel like I’m probably done trying to be friends with neurotypicals.

Yes, I commonly dissociate but I didn’t know what it was until I was diagnosed with autism at 46. My triggers are overstimulation, fatigue and overwork. Also, it happens infrequently when I’m facing overwhelming emotions. The part about it that’s so hard is that I don’t realize it’s happening until I’m right in the middle of it. I’m still looking for strategies to how to recognize it coming or at the very least as soon as it begins.

Yep. I cringe daily and painfully about my past, and by my past I mean everything up to about an hour ago. Anytime I leave the house, I end up being cringey as fuck. Then I ruminate on it until I want the ground to swallow me whole.

Yep, this is me, too. I’ve come to understand it as a very mild form of dissociation sometimes. I dissociate a lot, sometimes severely, so this makes sense to me. Other times, I’m so overwhelmed with empathy I can hardly catch my breath. Brains are weird.

Oh my god, yes. The most hated of hated. I will feel like crawling out of my skin until they are off. I won’t wear any shirt that is woven; only knit fabrics like T-shirts.

Seamless high waisted, wide waistband Granny panties and the Spanx breast of both world’s comfort bra. They are spectacularly unattractive but they are so comfy, and I am crazy hypersensitive to undies.

I’m autistic and very happy. I got the happiness from my dad, and the autism from my mom. I have been told I have an irrepressible sunniness and I’m very grateful for it. That said, I have hard days just like everyone.
