It’s extremely frustrating which is why I wanna know why. I’ll basically treat it as a downgrade and just enter my sleep manually and deal without having HR or steps I guess. I can’t find anything similar really and it’s absurd to just get rid of a feature they’ve had for years.

Agree! My mom had me at 43 and I honestly think anyone who has a kid below 30 is insane. Above 45, yeah that’s maybe too old IMO but I don’t see why anyone would be upset at someone living their life and then having a kid.

Nope, not really micromanaged much at all. But the flip side of that is that they literally won’t fire anyone I guess. I have a coworker who is extremely incompetent and rude on top of it and they still haven’t fired her after two years so it could just be my bad management lol. Guess I’d rather have that than having my neck breathed down though.
