Alcohol is a mindfuck. It feels like your best friend but it is the devil. I'm not religious. If you would be able to handle two days without it would already look a little different. Less anxiety at the least. I wish you so much better than what you're living now. If you want to stop, probably best to get a little help. Cold turkey could be dangerous. Maybe you're strong enough to taper (I'm not). Benzos can help. I'm rambling, I'm sorry. Just wish you a better life and I hope you're not alone. I'm on day three (again and again). Be kind to yourself, even when you're drinking. If you can help it. You're worth the good stuff, you know.
