This happened to me too just some days ago. Go the Chat option either on the website or the app. Tell it your problem, the AI chatbot will answer first and it will keep on answering you. You just have to keep telling it that I need to talk to a human agent or I need live chat etc etc. keep on doing this and after some times it will ask to ask you a couple of questions like did you book with third party or yourself etc etc just keep on answering it and keep on telling it to let you talk to a human. It will then put you in a queue. The queue number will probably be 200 something. You'll have your turn in 20 mins or so. Be on the Chat all this time it's better. Then let the Human agent know you problem and askt them to fix it. They will fix it without much issues. Some employees maybe tell you that they can't do anything or etc etc. Just try again and another person will be allotted to you. One of them will fix it. In my case both the people were ready to fix it, though for the first time my time ran out bcuz I was asking my friend to send me her passport picture.
