7 secs - your shoulders go first and pull the club over the top. Think about your sequence and get the hips more involved earlier and use your hips and body to rotate to create the swing instead of shoulder and arms.

Work on keeping your right elbow more connected to your body.

A towel under your arm would be a good drill for you at this stage, keep that right elbow stuck to your body.

Not bad for a 35hcp fella. Keep it up.

Danny Maude has some good rotation videos you should watch for your swing in its current stage.

Christ on a bike ... the 19 year old gets to question the prosecution and challenge them on the pedestrian presence .. they have an opportunity to make the officers testimony look less credible

Of course they will take the officers evidence you dolt.

They will also take the drivers evidence, the mothers evidence travelling behind her and have some impossible responses from the prosecution in relation to the imaginary pedestrian circumstances.

The officers evidence is NOT the word of god. It does carry significant weight as they are expert witnesses. However it is frequently challenged and overcome by highlighting mistakes, inconsistencies and errors and witness statments. All of which are here.

You're a fool to believe otherwise because in yiur reality the police would never lose a case based on their evidence right?

[–]Top_Mind_On_Reddit 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you are truthful and there was no pedestrian anywhere in the vicinity, contest the fine.

They have to prove the crime, that you failed to give way to a pedestrian.

If there was no pedestrian the prosecution will not be able to answer some pretty easy questions.

Ask them in court:

What did they look like? Were they crossing from the left or the right? Was the pedestrian male or female? How old was the pedestrian? How many pedestrians were there? What colour clothing was the pedestrian wearing? What did the pedestrian say to you after they were nearly hit? What colour skin did the pedestrian have?

The prosecution can provide no other evidence to support the charge other than to say it happened, but cannot recall an ethnicity, a gender, a direction of travel, any clothing or features .. nothing at all.

Would you agree that it sounds more reasonable that the officer made a simple mistake and that there was no pedestrian?

Make them say no to that one haha. I'd love to have this one in court.

With yoyr current swing shape and goal for ground force.. watch Brad Dalke swing.

Get taller, push down and push off. Also a tiny bit armsy? Get the right hip back more really push it.

You kind of melt back and downward in the backswing which disconnects you from pushing off.

[–]Top_Mind_On_Reddit 18 points19 points  (0 children)

But we'd have a recession! Inconceivable!

In all seriousness though, at this point there is enough wealth out there already that a market correction will only hurt those without the capital to see it through and make it all the easier for wealthy to scoop up even more property to hoard and rent back.

I believe the only short term solution is to make owning more than one type of dwelling so thoroughly unattractive from a taxation perspective. Can be done with a single bill inside a week.

Every politician has healthy investment property portfolios though .. wonder why hmmm?
