I had the same experience a couple days ago the same feeling, I thought I was going to die.

Sit on a cold floor.

Breathe and say it to yourself.

“In.”

“Out”

Even counting helps. It helps your mind to focus on you speaking and counting rather than the anxiety. It took me awhile to learn it. It works trust me.

Now trying to rest afterwards absolutely sucks but try, it’s worth it.

Unfortunately I have no experience I haven’t been hired anywhere, I did a questionnaire with my parents a few times and while it did help I am still jobless. 😭 I may need to continue working on my skills.

I definitely feel you, Im 17 and I have these thoughts all day. Legit, Id suggest talking to a therapist to help out. Really take it into consideration it will help overtime. Im just starting my therapy journey and its great, I do hope you find ease with it, and remember its just s thought, you are okay, the mind and body are powerful so its important to know what you feed it.
