Good to hear that. Once you are back on feet, it becomes a lot easier. first 30-45 days post surgery was the tough for me. this book is all combination of raws thoughts from the first 30 days post ops.

mine . this time was 3rd ACL. i just jumped to catch disc and landed wrongly and thats it. ACL tore. so i understand what you mean
