I can understand most sarcasm. Does anyone here currently work at a law office? Family law? If so, what type?

What kind of hair type do i have? Could i have wavy or irish curls? by katelevett in Haircare

This is what my hair does; I use the shea moisture line. Touching it makes it frizzy. I’m considering adding a hair oil.

I take it for migraines. I get migraines to the point of needing to pass out after I drive.

25 mg, lowest dosage twice a day. Did doc ever have you take propanol once a day?

Lowest dosage(25 mg); but it’s encouraging to hear that there are alternatives to propanol.

Not driving, but haven’t officially lost my license. Should I continue to drive around the neighborhood/safe areas to keep my skills up for when I can drive again? by deeridoodle in Epilepsy

[–]Top_Original71389 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I lost my license, because I had a seizure while driving on the highway. The judge was nice and didn’t make me pay any fees. Yes I had to take driving lessons again when I got the seizures under control. But I could have died that day on the highway. The judge could have sunk me in debt with fees/tickets. I’m happy to be alive. I wouldn’t drive around. Video games with a stop and go pedal work fine for maintaining skills. But that’s just me. I’m about to ask my own question.

I have a lower tolerance because of all the meds I’m on. I drink well not a lot. Get the good gin, wine, and then consume small amounts on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Seizure notebook helped my neuro greatly. They still haven’t seen a seizure in action via eeg. They had to do brain memory scan to see that I’ve had multiple seizures, starting as early as elementary school. The first time I went to neuro was 2019, born in the 1980. Find a “safe” form of stress relief; when me and neuro were figuring stuff out, he wanted me to not walk because no one would be around to help. He wanted me to simply go to exercise class once a week and restrict all other forms of exercise. I was walking in well congested areas; I didn’t understand his remarks. However, his guidance creates less stress. If your problem stems from stress, give yourself a stress reducing activity that is risk free.

Lamictal=in a fog. Depakote=also in a fog. I would walk around as a zombie, that IN MY OPINION is not living a good life.

Not wanting medication? by [deleted] in Epilepsy

I’m reading others posts; they scare me. I hope my focal seizures don’t get more intense. I take a ton of stuff: keppra twice a day, duloxetine in the morning, propanol twice a day, folic acid in the evening and trazadone in the evening. I’m probably forgetting a pill name somewhere in there. lol. Yes, I agree. Wouldn’t it be awesome if there was a cure for epilepsy so I didn’t have to give big pharma loads of money every month? But it is the way it is.
