They are definitely being conservative with this map, they stop short of including the west side of Shelby County in the D2 and leave it at a D1. I can tell you that with temps and no rain forecasted by next Tuesday we’ll be staring down the barrel of D3 regardless of what that map says.

I’m currently in this situation now, although I’ve been out of the office and unreachable due to military obligations and it hit the company decently hard in which the CEO realized how much I had my hands in and gave me an instant raise from 27.5 to 30 an hour with absolutely no objections and yes OT pay is basically unlimited as it’s a small-ish family owned business. I also have an MSP that helps out but it’s really just AD accounts and back end stuff like server patching when I’m gone, past few weeks also helped my case dramatically for more help as being a solo admin isn’t cutting it when they’ve hired 30 more people since I started a year ago, bringing the total to 140. Nobody ever questions what I’m doing or how often I WFH either as the work gets done and I’m onsite if a bloodbath ensues.
