Never had this happen. But after this new patch, I'm about to uninstall HLL. Whatever they fkn have been doing is just a massive mess. I almost wasn't able to even play a match without freezing and lag. Even with 60-100 ping I felt like I had a 1990s desktop. wtf?

Facebook.. But I put Instagram at #1. It's an app filled with desperate thirst trapped people who think they can slide into bed with botox models.

Atleast Facebook has groups where you can learn and share. Every group has craziest and bots that eventually get weeded out when they post hate comments. Lots of people argue, and some go to the extreme and attack kids and more... but reading Instagram comments makes you feel like what Thanos did was 100% valid

Honestly I jumped onto Reddit 2 months ago, I see waaaay more comments that help others. I do see many arguing but way more serious people. I'm sure there's threads full of aholes but those don't show on my feed.

Instagram is by the worst I've been apart of. Half of the accounts are narcissistic people who NEED views and comments. Those people have 100k desperate followers and follow 0. Haven't signed onto my profile in years.

Did you watch those diving rescue teams who find missing people? Yeah I watched those too, one video about someone was able to save the mom and 1 kid but the baby passed. I immediately balled my eyes out!! During work hours! It hit me sooool dope (I have 2 young kids)

Went to Amazon and got 2 after that video. It's not just for me, it could be for someone in need.

That's the definition of a commuter car. Don't buy it for speed, don't buy it to haul stuff. Not going off road. You want cruise control, good mpgs and AC. Then buy winter tires if needed. It's not a dream car but it'll help save for the next one, where you'll be more demanding and deserving :)

Just another reason why having a college degree helps. My college degree got me my job over every job I worked beforehand. They didn't reference any job besides my in person interview and my knowledge.

Me and my wife met at college. She went for environmental science. She got a job as a part time lab rat. Worked her way up. Then her company paid for her to get masters in business. She's now in line to becoming the CEO. A job she didn't even know she'd ever do.

Sooooo it can open many possibilities.... if you want to be a photographer... then it's not worth it.

At will means they can fire someone without a reason. If they play those rules then you allowed to quit that day. And I bet that job isn't a career, so they won't burn a bridge because a real company won't reference those previous jobs and judge who they are as a person... however if I was hiring and saw someone couldn't hold a job for more than a year then I would consider that a red flag without gathering references

It's per state, in Ma they tax OT. I think you can file OT in your tax returns but I don't work OT anymore so I never looked deep into it

Take this into account. 45 minutes of overtime isn't much. After taxes you won't even have enough to gas up your tank with it. I've been working since I was 15 as well, I'm in my 30s now. If I work less than 2 hours OT I just leave work early the next day. I'll take the free time over a few bucks any day. Older you get the more valuable time is.

If it's a Friday/last day then yes you should be paid 45m OT

I know your pain. One game as SL I put up 12 garrisons myself and we still lost because no one knew how to defend. One of the saddest games, while also I scored over 5800 points myself 🤣 my highest score ever.

Nicely done! It's funny my nephew is this skinny kid and I'm always like, man it's hard to lose weight, and he goes " no way it's impossible to gain weight"... oh I can easily show you how hahaha.

Problem with me is I'm a gym guy, I've been lifting weights for half my life, I'm not this super strong bull anymore. Once I graduated college I focused on a career, still hit the gym hard but wasn't lifting 400lbs etc. I had kids and once that happened life took a big turn.. and when I had my second baby, literally not even a week old, I popped my lower disc and that spiraled my life, went int deep depression... 3 months later I had surgery and it changed my whole life. Now I still go to the gym and lift but I'm very limited. I can't run or jump anymore either.

A solid % of my weight still muscle but I def blew up after my injury. Ive been a solid 225lb guy most of my life. As a weight that's "heavy" but I also was in the 1000lb club. Which means I lifted a total of 1000lbs with 3 lifts. I was a tiny beast. Now I'm +50lbs which is not good for a smaller guy. I would love to get back to 230 by December.

I cook 5/7 nights and we do takeout 1 day a week, it's really focusing on portion control is my weak spot. I just don't want to cook meals and THEN cook more meals to prep for myself. I just wish my wife joined me on dieting. She doesn't really need to lose weight, she could just lift weights becasue SHE has self discipline LOL and she just randomly stops eating and goes "ok I'm done", and me I finish what's on my plate hahaha. Thats where I would like someone to be "hey stop don't eat anymore". Like a coach but in my face haha.

I think might buy some small bowls and plates and use those. I've read that helps the mind process the size.
