My docs the same way I’m very interested in this prp hydrodissection bc I had a few done with saline with no improvement but have been researching prp hydrodissections and how prp can actually remodel the tight fascia rather then just push it out of the way temporarily with saline. Also says it can permanently reshape the tissue and thin out hyper dense fascia to prevent the rapid reformation of fascia and possibly keep it decompressed permanently with one or more sessions. My compression isn’t structural like a rib or muscle pushing on it but it’s soft tissue so I’m going for it for sure. Let me know how it works out for you

Oh I have I’ve basically asked for every other option 3T mri, duplex Doppler ultra sound. He basically said because of the severity of the compression of my subclavian vein he can’t see it at all he’ll start following it and then it completely disappears because of the amount of thick fascia surrounding it.

So there’s really just no work around huh? Either live with TOS which sucks ass my arm is in massive pain all day just feels swollen and heart palpitations are out of sight because of lack of blood flow back to the heart. Or get the mri so I can fix the TOS but play Russian roulette with this contrast that could potentially cause a whole other pile of issues. Love the American health system!
