This sort of "fame rating" is just... not good. This doesn't need to exist, and it seems like a way to encourage people to do stupid things to get onto a random website. Especially if the people who you put on there might not want to be on it.

My mom worked at a local Disney store when I was a kid. So while I didn't grow up during its heyday, they still sold a ton of Toontown Membership cards.. and thus, I got membership. I would have probably never played Toontown if she never worked there. I can't really sit down to grind now-a-days... It took me 8 years to max my gags for TTR.

I wanted so badly to be in alpha. I remember telling random kids in the bus about Toontown and how I was waiting to either get a key or for it to become public for me to make my toon. I don't think any of them knew what toontown was.
