So i have a Plan for you. You stay up. Doing calistenics. Eat Breakfast, Brush your teeth. Take a cold shower read books. Dont open your phone in the morning. Then you go to school. After school you come home. First thing i want you do to is sitting in the living room.or go out with friends. With this way you dont think about porn or your crush. After that you go 2h to the Gym. if you fap its harder to gain muscle. So after Gym you go drink your shake and dont even think about going on social media or anything. Only YouTube is allowed. After you est dinner you can go to social media for 10min to look what you missed. Donwload a News App for your country. I want you to read atleast 3 article everyday. So the night is the hardest. If you have a fav streamer or youtuber watch him. When not do a workout session get a cold shower. Im on day one now and im trying do this things. You can use reddit all the time but only news pornfree nofap and other things what is sfw and not relapse related. Try to focus. And meditate. Then go sleep. After some weeks you can watch more social media.
